LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Aug. 09, 2016 -- Communications Sales & Leasing, Inc. ("CS&L" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:CSAL) announced today the appointment of Andrew Frey to the Company's Board of Directors, increasing the size of the Company's Board from five to six members.

Andrew currently serves as a Partner of Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P. (“Searchlight”). Prior to joining Searchlight in 2011, Mr. Frey was a Managing Principal at Quadrangle Group in New York where he primarily focused on telecommunications and technology investments. Mr. Frey serves on the boards of Liberty Cablevision Puerto Rico, Electric Lightwave, Inc., and Harbortouch Payments LLC. Mr. Frey received a BS in Finance and BAS in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
